2024 Ghlasbrae Babydoll Waitlist

• A deposit can be made to reserve one of our Southdown Babydoll Lambs.
• Your place on the waitlist will be based on deposit order. (First to make a deposit means first on the list and so on) 
• We currently lamb only once a year in the Spring. 
• We do not allow lambs to leave until fully weaned, between 9 and 12 weeks. 
• Sheep are companion animals with strong flocking instincts and will not do well without another sheep friend. You must already own sheep or will need to purchase a pair from us. Wethers are a great choice for this and generally cheaper.
• 15 spots available for weaned Southdown Babydoll Lambs for Spring 2024.

It should be noted we will have a limited number of lambs to offer in a year so the waitlist will only be available until full.

• A $250 deposit per lamb is required. No reservation is made for you without a deposit. 
• The $250 deposit will be applied towards your lamb purchase.
• The deposit for a lamb will ONLY be returned if we cannot provide you with a lamb, or we cannot provide you with the GENDER of lamb you have requested. While we try to accommodate color requests, we can not guarantee color. 

Please note; sometimes off-white sheep are bred to black sheep. This can produce either color variation. Off-white sheep, bred to off-white sheep can produce both off-white and black and the same applies to black sheep bred to black sheep.

There is no commitment to be put on the interest list right now, but once the lambs are born and we know the color/gender of any available lambs that haven’t been reserved by the waitlist folks, we will work our way down the list and start collecting a 50% deposit per lamb, for those who are now ready to commit. Unless other arrangements are made ahead of time, payment must be received within 24 hours. If no response is received within 48 hours, we will contact the next person on the list until all the lambs are spoken for.

• Waitlist customers will have 48 hours to ask any questions and confirm interest in their assigned lamb.
• The next highest on the list will have “first dibs” after 48 hours 
• If you choose to pass on a lamb or do not contact within 48 hours from the time of post you will remain at the top of the list for the next lamb. 
• A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to fully claim a lamb as yours. 
• The remaining balance will be due on pickup/delivery 

For example; $250 waitlist deposit for an Off-White Ewe, $150 due on claiming (makes the 50% deposit in full), and the balance of $400 due by pick-up.

• Unless otherwise arranged, all lambs must be picked up within 14 days of buyer being notified of ready lambs. 
• Lambs not picked up within 14 days will incur a $5.00/day or $125.00/month charge, whichever is the lesser of the two. (This is to cover care and feed costs)
• Buyer is Responsible for all shipping and other related expenses. 
• Please NOTE All fees related to out-of-state transportation are the buyers responsibility.
